Journaling is a technique for recording thoughts, Journaling is a technique for recording thoughts, experiences, observations and ideas📝

When starting the habit of journaling, it is recommended to try to do it 21 days in a row 🙌🏼

During the exercise we will be able to see how there are certain ideas, concepts, emotions that are repeating constantly in our mind📔✍🏼

Journaling can help us in practical life to:

✨ Organize ideas, and practice focus
✨ Being able to see thought patterns
✨ Let your creativity expand 
✨ Understand obsessive or harmful thoughts
✨ Reduce anxiety regarding the future
✨ Generate a plan of short/medium/long-term objectives
✨ You will capture your dreams on paper
✨ Reinforce positive thoughts and emotions
✨ Let go of those emotions that no longer serve us

Tapping o EFT🧏🏼‍♀️✨ Es una técnica Tapping o EFT🧏🏼‍♀️✨

Es una técnica de autoayuda que combina la acupresión y la psicología para aliviar la tensión y el estrés💆🏻‍♀️

Trabaja en la base de la conexión mente-cuerpo y ayuda a liberar bloqueos energéticos y promover una respuesta de relajación💆🏻‍♂️

¿Cómo funciona? 💡

1️⃣ Identificación: En primer lugar, identificamos la emoción negativa o el estrés que estamos experimentando. 

2️⃣ Puntos de Tapping: Luego, golpeamos suavemente una serie de puntos específicos en nuestro cuerpo mientras nos enfocamos en la emoción negativa.

3️⃣ Afirmaciones Positivas: Mientras continuamos con loa golpecitos, repetimos afirmaciones positivas que contrarrestan la emoción negativa.

4️⃣ Reducción de la Emoción: A medida que transitamos las rondas, la intensidad de la emoción negativa comienza a disminuir.

Breathwork, Trabajo de respiración, o Pranayama Breathwork, Trabajo de respiración, o  Pranayama en sanscrito💫

👉🏼 Es una herramienta que trabaja sobre la respiración consciente de distintas formas e intensidades para conectar y balancear cuerpo, alma y mente. 

Algunas de las formas y tipo de respiración que practicamos en el coaching y en nuestro programa de 6 Meses One On One son:

✨ Respiración en Caja o Box Breathing Technique
Este tipo de respiración se utiliza para disminuir el stress y la ansiedad, ayuda con la depresión y PTSD estrés post traumático. 

✨ WIM HOF
Puedes hacerlo seguido de flexiones, un meditación breve o ingresando en agua helada. Los practicantes del Método Wim Hof buscan dominar la mente y desarrollar las “habilidades super humanas"

2️⃣ Mantras: Los mantras son palabras o frases que repetimos para calmar la mente y encontrar la paz interior.

En prácticas de yoga y enseñanzas antiguas se utilizaban los mantras por su vibración y la energía que estos traen y pueden ayudar a trasmutar o transformar🧘🏼‍♀️

3️⃣ Yoga: Es una práctica milenaria para todxs, no solo para algunos o yoguis. El yoga no solo fortalece el cuerpo, sino también la mente. 

Las posturas y la respiración te ayudarán a encontrar la calma en medio del caos💫

 Hay distinto tipos de yoga y cada uno puede ser beneficioso acorde a lo que el cuerpo y la mente necesitan en ese momento 🧘🏻‍♂️

Nothing will be more fun while giving you more accountability than doing it with a true friend.

2️⃣ Find the best trainer or coach for the activity or place where you are practicing

3️⃣ Try something new that challenges you and motivates you like boxing, tennis, joining a class, dancing, bare, Pilates 

4️⃣ Know What works best for You 

For me is outdoors, training outside, plus good music, those two are a must!
