I wish for every mom to be and woman/man that has been waiting to start a family that you cultivate hope this Easter and change of season, lots of it and mainly and mostly that you Believe 💓 Believe in the power of intention, and that miracles are possible.. believe it before you see it • I know it sounds strange and almost unattainable- but it’s not. If you believe something is real, you feel it, you smell it, hold it - in your thoughts, in your meditation practice, when you visualise your future - you are already creating.

My baby boy, I felt you and loved you way before you were here. I could see you smiling as you do nowadays and feel my heart racing. I could envision being pregnant 🤰 giving birth, breastfeeding you and all the magical moments that are now happening. If you want to know what the quantum is, well in short is understanding there’s another time and wave in which things are happening ❤️ it’s believing in the Energy of creation and that all things are energy ☀️ and learning to love live and work with it.

I wish you Vibrate in love and with love so much that you manifest all your dreams 🌊
@hao_cohen thank you for the manifesting of the most beautiful little bunny 🐰 on that Easter hunt with oysters, walks, some chocolate and so much love ❤️ what a year since that trip to Oz 😛 PS. That pelican definitely knew there was something on the way 🐥

Biggest wish, greatest gift is here today. ♥️ Merry Christmas to all! And to you little one, we love celebrating you!! Xxx

PS. 📷 This lovely photo shoot was also in my wish list for years with the amazing lense and Aroha from @seadrift_photography doing her magic in a stunning Rakiura island sunset

One of the most beautiful days — a celebration of your new life, surrounded by pure love, community, and family.

You are already wrapped in so much aroha, little one — held by the energy of sisters, friends, whānau, and the spirit of Rakiura. Your dad and I feel your presence growing stronger every day, and the love here waiting for you is endless.

Rakiura hosted us for this special day, were laughter, spirituality and tears of joy - together with good tunes under the sun - were shared as we celebrated you 👶🏼

You are coming into a world where love meets you first, and we can’t wait to hold you in our arms. 🤍✨

Thank you, Bec, for opening our baby blessing day with your powerful, divine guidance. And to each of you — sisters, friends, and whānau, near and far — thank you for the love and energy you’ve wrapped around us. ❤️

You don’t need to figure it all out alone.

I’ve been where you are — juggling everything, saying “I’ll start Monday,” and hoping for change.

It wasn’t until I slowed down, got quiet, and truly listened to myself that things shifted.

But I didn’t do it alone. And you don’t have to either.

If you’re ready to feel more balanced, more grounded, and more like you again —
I’m here to guide you.

Every product we put on our skin. Every quick meal

Every product we put on our skin.
Every quick meal we grab.
Every shortcut we take in the name of “easy”...
It adds up.

And our bodies are sending signals. Inflammation, bloating, burnout.

You don’t need to overhaul your life—just start replacing the ‘easy’ with what truly supports your body. 💛

Your health isn’t just what’s on your plate.

It’s your sleep.
Your boundaries.
Your stress levels.
Your joy.
Your beliefs.

If you’re only focused on food, you’re missing the full picture.

✨ I help women detox their lives — not through restriction, but with love.

✅ Detox your body
✅ Detox your mind
✅ Detox your habits
✅ Build lasting self-connection

This is your roadmap back to your whole self — not a quick fix.

We’ve gotten used to buying things pre-made, pre-packaged, pre-flavoured.

It’s easy.

But the impact on your health isn’t.

Gut issues, hormone imbalances, chronic fatigue… they’re often linked to what we don’t even question.

It’s time to take a second look at what we’re consuming. ✨

When a woman feels confident in her body…
💫 Her energy shifts.
💫 Her decisions become clear.
💫 Her relationships deepen.
💫 Her work flows with purpose.

And no — it’s not from dieting harder or hustling more.
It comes from real connection:
To your body.
To your food.
To your work.
To your money.

✨ This is the work I do with women — gently, powerfully, sustainably.

If you’re ready to come home to yourself and feel aligned in every part of your life…

We’re becoming more aware and for good reason.

What’s easy to grab, eat, or use isn’t always what’s good for our health.

From seed oils to synthetic additives, our inflammation, gut, and hormonal health are paying the price.

The good news?

Everything is replaceable.

What you consume daily, you can choose differently. 🌱

Feeling off lately? 😩

Mood swings, fatigue, stubborn weight?
Your hormones might be calling for help—and it could start with what’s on your plate. 🥦💚

Here are 5 hormone-supportive greens to add to your daily routine:

🌿 Broccoli – helps detox excess estrogen
🌿 Kale – boosts gut health = better hormone balance
🌿 Dandelion greens – supports liver function
🌿 Watercress – anti-inflammatory powerhouse
🌿 Spinach – rich in magnesium for hormone regulation

✨ Small daily shifts = big long-term wins.
Try tossing them into smoothies, bowls, or sautés. Your body will thank you!
