WEEK 1:

The Art of Relaxing the Mind - The Wonders of Meditation
A powerful introspection into calming the mind and turning relaxation and meditation into your art.

 

BEGIN TODAY - FIRST WEEK

You will receive The Art of Relaxing your mind (PDF), videos and audios to start this week. Practice your daily exercises and schedule today our 30 min meeting by the end of the week

5 WEEKS WORK

Each week we will work on a different aspect of Your Circle of Life and wellness routine - exploring and trying together on a daily basis within the areas of nutrition, relationships, physical activity and movement plus goal setting and time management - We will connect after each week for 1 hour

6 WEEKS ACCOUNTABILITY

After the first 6 weeks working hard together we will continue for 6 weeks connecting for 20-30 minutes to keep yourself accountable.

THE JOURNEY CONTINUES

By the end of our 12 weeks you will have tools and exercises, plus the actual experience and training to adopt what serves you today in your daily life and create your wellness routine - You will also be able to extend your program for further accountability and progress!

WEEK TWO:

The Art of Caring about Myself - Body and Nutrition Exploration
Clean and healthy Cooking masterclass series & How to think about Food

 

WEEK THREE:

The Art of Feeling Enough - Understanding Gratitude and Forgiveness
How Forgiveness allows us to shift our whole perspective and gratitude makes us feel enough
with who and what we are

 

WEEK FOUR:

The Art of Going Slow, and going with Your Soul
Taking things step by step with consciousness and mindfulness, planning and time managing

 

WEEK FIVE:

The Art of Healing - Understanding body blockages and stacked energy
Taping into body blockages through movement and yoga, powerful breathing techniques, the
healing power of our hands and energy liberation healing exercises.

 

WEEK SIX:

The Art of a Wellness Routine - Develop your own Retreat at home, anytime, for life
A day by day plan into how to conduct your own wellness routine and retreat from morning
routines to complementary nutrition advice and planning, going through all the circle of life.

 

By the end of the six weeks you would have created and learn how to host and be your main
participant at a healthy and detoxing retreat, without having to leave to another part of the
world or a more desired place than where you are - maintaining a wellness routine

We will implement activities and exercises each week, learn how to plan for a daily basis, and
get to your sweet spot and what makes you feel happy and in peace.

Together we will continue to explore on a weekly basis for the next 6 weeks All the
master series and its complementary activities, exercises, and resources.


After the first 6 weeks there will be an accountability process for the following 6
weeks where we will commit to 30 minutes meetings weekly to go over your
own re creation and transformational process for this period with personal support
