Kale Chips ready to go in 3, 2, 1

Kale chips are really easy to make, you just need to be good at giving a massage and love your greens more.


For these 3 steps Kale chips you will need:


- A bunch of crispy Kale

- Cold press olive oils

- Salt, pepper and garlic powder


Most people remove the stems for the kale chips, I like them whole and having that crispy part to hold them from and eat it all. It's up to you though!


Just get a bowl and give them all a good olive oil massage! Who doesn't love that?

Add salt and pepper, and some garlic why not, and place them on your baking pan and into your pre heated oven or grill.


It will depend on your taste, I like them crispy and they dont take long - Check in 10 minutes to see if they are ready or you need to turn them around, 3-5 extra minutes and ready to go!


You can have them alone, with dips** (Try my clean hummus with this) or take them on a trip. We usually do, a healthy snack and the super power and properties of kale, with an organic loving massage.
