Welcome to Mental Health Awareness Week 

A week full of events to support your mental health and all our community. 


You do not need to live and anxious, overwhelming and exhausting life! As a coach I can guide you into discovering which are the limiting beliefs, habits and behaviours that may lead you to stay in an anxiety loop instead of living a happy, peaceful life. I will use all my favorite tools and share all my tricks to change the way your day is going and turn your life into a balance, healthy, joyful one!
